Fish With Coconut Curry

Ingredients:
- Rohu or Surmai fish 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 bowl
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coconut water 1 bowl
- Coriander powder 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds few
- Cloves 4
- Curry leaves few
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Lemon 2
- Tomato (4 pieces) 2
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Put 2 tbsp vinegar on fish, keep for 10 minutes and wash it.
- Then put lemon juice.
- Heat oil in pot.
- Then put fenugreek seeds and cloves.
- When aroma comes, put yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and cloves, roast it slightly and close stove.
- Now fry fish slightly in separate pan and put in masalay.
- Also put salt, tomato, green chilies and curry leaves, roast it again slightly and put coconut water and lemon juice.
- Simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Then put coriander leaves and serve hot with plain rice.
Fish With Coconut Curry is amazing dish. Its flavors are delicious. Coconut water is used in this dish.
