Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 1/2 kg
- Carom 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Flour 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Oil for deep fry
- Egg 1
Method:
- Mix all ingredients except oil and fish and make paste.
- Now dip fish pieces in this batter for 1 hour.
- Then heat oil and deep fry fish until golden brown.
Machli Sikandari is delicious deep fried fish dish. It is coated with batter. It is served with french fries & dip.
