Curry Patta Pulao

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Stock 2 cups
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Whole mix all spice 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put chicken, whole all mix spic and ginger garlic paste and roast it nicely.
  3. Then add salt, stock, curry leaves and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
  4. Then put soaked rice, mint leaves and green chilies and cook it.
  5. When water dries, simmer it for 10 minutes.
  6. Delicious curry patta pulao is ready.

Curry Patta Pulao is wonderful rice dish. This is little bit different rice dish prepared with curry leaves. Its flavor is aromatic.
