Chicken Marinara Burger

Ingredients:
For Burger Dough:
- Flour 300 gm
- Yeast 1 to 1-1/2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Marinara Sauce:
- Boneless chicken fillet 300 gm
- Chopped tomatoes 5-6
- Onion 1
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Cheese slice as require
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Basil 1 pinch
- Salad leaves as required
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
Method:
- For burger: Heat water to lukewarm, add yeast and sugar, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
- Add salt, egg, baking powder and yeast in flour, knead it nicely and leave it on warm place for 3-4 hours.
- When dough rises, make burger bun of it, bake on 200 degrees C for 15-188 minutes, take it out and keep it aside.
- For marinara: Cut chicken into fillet.
- Now add garlic paste, 1/2 tsp black pepper, salt and soya sauce and mix it.
- Now coat with bread crumbs and fry it.
- Then put basil, onion and olive oil and make paste.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
- Then add onion paste and fry it.
- Then add tomatoes and roast it nicely.
- Then put 1/2 tsp black pepper and vinegar and mix it.
- Tomato tender and it will becomes sauce, remove it.
- Put sauce first in center of bun.
- Then keep chicken fillet, cheese slice and salad leaves and serve.
