Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- Chopped dark chocolate 250 gm
- Black coffee 2 tbsp
- Butter 200 gm
- Caster sugar 1 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Chopped almonds 1-3/4 cup
- Eggs (white & yolk separated) 6

Method:
- Preheat oven on 170 degrees C.
- Now line 23 m spring-form tin with baking paper.
- Now keep chocolate and coffee on double boiler and melt it.
- Then mix butter, sugar and vanilla essence until butter melts.
- Now remove from stove and add almonds.
- Then beat egg yolks with lightly hands and mix in chocolate mixture.
- Now beat egg whites in bowl and mix in chocolate mixture.
- Now put in tin and bake for 40-50 minutes.
- Then take it out from oven, cool it, garnish with chocolate shavings and serve.
Gluten Free Chocolate Cake is yummy cake. It is prepared with dark chocolate & coffee. You can do with any topping.
