Ingredients:
- Meat 1 kg
- Boiled beetroot 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Green chilies 4
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Oil 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pot and fry onion until brown.
- Then put ginger garlic paste, coriander, cumin, coriander powder, red chilies and salt and roast it.
- Then add meat and lengthwise chopped tomatoes and simmer it for 20 minutes.
- When tomatoes tender, put beet root and roast it nicely.
- Also put lemon juice, green chilies, coriander leaves, black pepper and all spice powder.
- It is ready.
Chukandar Gosht is other variety of meat. It is prepared with beet root. You must try this recipe with your own technique.
