Pepper Steak

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 500 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
For Sauce:
- Butter 50 gm
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Milk 1-1/2 cup
- Chopped mushrooms 1 tin
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
- Boiled mix vegetables as required
Method:
- Marinate chicken with lemon juice, mustard paste, black pepper, salt, garlic paste and worcestershire sauce and keep in fridge overnight.
- Now heat pan, put olive oil and fry chicken on both sides for 5 minutes.
- For sauce: Heat butter and roast flour.
- Now put milk, black pepper, salt, oregano, mushroom and cheese and cook it.
- When it is thick, close stove and add lemon juice.
- When serve, keep steak on plate.
- Then put white sauce and boiled mix vegetables.
- Pepper steak is ready.
