Pepper Steak

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Butter 50 gm
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Chopped mushrooms 1 tin
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
  • Boiled mix vegetables as required

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with lemon juice, mustard paste, black pepper, salt, garlic paste and worcestershire sauce and keep in fridge overnight.
  2. Now heat pan, put olive oil and fry chicken on both sides for 5 minutes.
  3. For sauce: Heat butter and roast flour.
  4. Now put milk, black pepper, salt, oregano, mushroom and cheese and cook it.
  5. When it is thick, close stove and add lemon juice.
  6. When serve, keep steak on plate.
  7. Then put white sauce and boiled mix vegetables.
  8. Pepper steak is ready.
