Achari Tinda Or Makai

Ingredients:
- Tinday 1/2 kg
- Achari masala 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Yogurt 1/4 cup
- Onion slice 1
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Tomatoes blended 2
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
- All spice 1/4 tsp
- Green chilies slice 3
- Chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Frozen corn 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
- Now put ginger garlic, tomatoes, red chili powder, salt, onion seeds, fenugreek seeds, all spice, achari masala and yogurt and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Then add tinday slices with 1/2 cup water and corn and simmer it for 15-20 minutes.
- Then garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.
