Achari Tinda Or Makai

Ingredients:

  • Tinday 1/2 kg
  • Achari masala 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Onion slice 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes blended 2
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • All spice 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilies slice 3
  • Chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Frozen corn 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
  2. Now put ginger garlic, tomatoes, red chili powder, salt, onion seeds, fenugreek seeds, all spice, achari masala and yogurt and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add tinday slices with 1/2 cup water and corn and simmer it for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Then garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.
