Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Hung yogurt 2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
  • Green slice 4
  • All spice 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat butter and oil and fry onion until light golden.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Then put salt, red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder with mince and fry it nicely.
  4. Now add 1 cup water, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Then put yogurt and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Then put all spice, coriander leaves and green slice.
