Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Butter 1/4 cup
- Hung yogurt 2 cup
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
- Green slice 4
- All spice 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat butter and oil and fry onion until light golden.
- Now put ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then put salt, red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder with mince and fry it nicely.
- Now add 1 cup water, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
- Then put yogurt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then put all spice, coriander leaves and green slice.
