Chocolate Viennese Fingers

Ingredients:
- Butter 4 oz
- Icing sugar 2 oz
- Flour 4-1/2 oz
- Coco powder 1 tbsp
- Chocolate (melted & cooled) 4 oz
Method:
- Beat butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
- Now put flour and coco powder and mix until batter is smooth.
- Put batter in big piping bag and fit 1 inch fluted nozzle.
- Now take out batter of 2-1/2 inch length on greased baking dish and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
- Then cool it for 2 minutes on baking sheet and take out on wire rack.
- Dip edges of biscuits in melted chocolates.
- When it set, serve it.
Chocolate Viennese Fingers is wonderful biscuits. It is prepared with few ingredients & easy to make.
