Chocolate Viennese Fingers

Ingredients:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Icing sugar 2 oz
  • Flour 4-1/2 oz
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate (melted & cooled) 4 oz

Method:

  1. Beat butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Now put flour and coco powder and mix until batter is smooth.
  3. Put batter in big piping bag and fit 1 inch fluted nozzle.
  4. Now take out batter of 2-1/2 inch length on greased baking dish and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  5. Then cool it for 2 minutes on baking sheet and take out on wire rack.
  6. Dip edges of biscuits in melted chocolates.
  7. When it set, serve it.

Chocolate Viennese Fingers is wonderful biscuits. It is prepared with few ingredients & easy to make.
