Grilled Double Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Flour (for coating) 4 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Butter 1 oz
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Mixed herb 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green onion 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp

For Parsley Potatoes:

  • Chopped boiled potatoes 6
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Finely chopped parsley 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix garlic, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, hoisin sauce, worcestershire sauce and oil, marinate chicken with this mixture and coat with flour.
  2. Now heat butter in frying pan, add garlic and marinated chicken with salt, herb, worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, red chili garlic sauce and 1 cup water and cook for 10 minutes until chicken tender.
  3. Then add green onion and take out in platter.
  4. Now serve with boiled vegetables and parsley potatoes.
  5. For parsley potatoes: Heat butter, put potatoes, salt, white pepper and parsley, mix it and take it out.
