Japanese Chicken Katsu

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken breast 2
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs as required
For Sauce:
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt and black pepper.
- Now spread flour on it and dip in beaten egg.
- Then coat with bread crumbs nicely and press it hands so that it becomes thin.
- Now deep fry it in frying pan on medium flame for 12-15 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Then cut it out and cut into stripes.
- Now put sauce and serve as an appetizer.
Japanese Chicken Katsu is delicious & wonderful dish. It is deep fried chicken cutlets served in stripes. It is served with dip and as appetizer.
