Japanese Chicken Katsu

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken breast 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs as required

For Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and black pepper.
  2. Now spread flour on it and dip in beaten egg.
  3. Then coat with bread crumbs nicely and press it hands so that it becomes thin.
  4. Now deep fry it in frying pan on medium flame for 12-15 minutes until crisp and golden.
  5. Then cut it out and cut into stripes.
  6. Now put sauce and serve as an appetizer.

Japanese Chicken Katsu is delicious & wonderful dish. It is deep fried chicken cutlets served in stripes. It is served with dip and as appetizer.
