Elbow Macaroni Keema

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Ridged elbow boiled 1 packet
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
  • Tomato sauce 1 bowl
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Green onion 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put beef mince, oil, ginger garlic paste, red chili and salt in pot and cook on low flame without water.
  2. When water of mince dries, add tomato sauce, black pepper, capsicum and green onion and mix it.
  3. Also preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  4. Put little white sauce in baking dish and make one layer of mince.
  5. Now put ridged elbow, then white sauce and then put grated mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
  6. Then add little tomato sauce and bake in preheat oven for 30 minutes.
  7. When cheese is golden, serve macaroni keema with brown bread.
