Elbow Macaroni Keema

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Ridged elbow boiled 1 packet
- Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
- Tomato sauce 1 bowl
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Capsicum 1 cup
- Green onion 1 cup
Method:
- Put beef mince, oil, ginger garlic paste, red chili and salt in pot and cook on low flame without water.
- When water of mince dries, add tomato sauce, black pepper, capsicum and green onion and mix it.
- Also preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
- Put little white sauce in baking dish and make one layer of mince.
- Now put ridged elbow, then white sauce and then put grated mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Then add little tomato sauce and bake in preheat oven for 30 minutes.
- When cheese is golden, serve macaroni keema with brown bread.
