Spicy Liver

Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver 1/2 kg
  • Onion slice 2
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Long chopped green chilies 3
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Potatoes (fried & cube) 2
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add onion and saute it.
  2. Then add all spice powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, black pepper and lemon juice and saute it.
  3. Then add chicken liver and mix it nicely.
  4. Now add green chilies and 1/2 cup water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. When it is cooked, add salt and cook until water dries.
  6. Noe garnish with potatoes and coriander leaves and serve.

Spicy Liver is amazing dish. Then flavors of red chili powder & green chilies is spicy. You can make it with mutton or beef liver.
