Ingredients:
- Corn flakes crushed 2 cup
- Melted butter 4 oz
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Gelatin 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 oz
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Yellow color few drops
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Whipped cream 1-1/2 cup
Method:
- Mix corn flakes with butter.
- Now put in pie plate, press it and cool for 30 minutes.
- Soak gelatin in lemon juice and 1/2 cup water and heat it for 1 minutes so that it dissolves.
- Then separates eggs and beat yolks.
- Add condensed milk and yellow color.
- Now mix dissolved gelatin.
- Beat eggs whites until stiff.
- Then fold yolk mixture in it.
- Beat cream with sugar until stiff.
- Now add in mixture and mix it.
- Then put this batter on set corn flakes.
- Then decorate with corn flakes and cream and serve.
