Ingredients:

  • Corn flakes crushed 2 cup
  • Melted butter 4 oz
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 oz
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Yellow color few drops
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Whipped cream 1-1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Mix corn flakes with butter.
  2. Now put in pie plate, press it and cool for 30 minutes.
  3. Soak gelatin in lemon juice and 1/2 cup water and heat it for 1 minutes so that it dissolves.
  4. Then separates eggs and beat yolks.
  5. Add condensed milk and yellow color.
  6. Now mix dissolved gelatin.
  7. Beat eggs whites until stiff.
  8. Then fold yolk mixture in it.
  9. Beat cream with sugar until stiff.
  10. Now add in mixture and mix it.
  11. Then put this batter on set corn flakes.
  12. Then decorate with corn flakes and cream and serve.
