Punjabi Curry

Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Spinach 1/2 kg
- Chaj 1/2 liter
- Gram flour 250 gm
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
For Tarka:
- Garlic cloves 6
- Round chilies 6
- Curry leaves 6
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cumin 1 tsp
For Pakora:
- Gram flour 250 gm
- Chopped onion 1
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Heat oil and put fenugreek seeds.
- When aroma comes, add spinach.
- Also put red chilies, turmeric and salt and roast it.
- Then beat chaj and gram flour nicely, add spinach and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- For pakoray: Make pakoray of gram flour, onion, cumin, red chili powder and salt and fry in oil.
- When curry cooks, put pakoray.
- Then heat oil, fry garlic, round chilies, curry leaves and cumin and put on curry.
Punjabi Curry is Indian curry. It is prepared with gram flour & yogurt with onion pakora and served with rice.
