Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

For Base:

  • Chocolate or digestive cookies 2 cups
  • Butter melted 2 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Cream cheese 8 oz
  • Peanut butter 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Cream 8 oz
  • Chocolate syrup & Grated chocolate for garnish

Method:

  1. For base: Mix butter with cookie crumbs.
  2. Press down base and sides of pie plate and refrigerate till set.
  3. For filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla essence.
  5. Fold in cream.
  6. Spoon mixture into pie crust.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup with sprinkling of grated chocolate.
  9. Keep refrigerate.

Peanut Butter Pie is delightful dessert. It is non baked dish. You can try this with your own creativity.
