Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:
For Base:
- Chocolate or digestive cookies 2 cups
- Butter melted 2 tbsp
For Filling:
- Cream cheese 8 oz
- Peanut butter 1 cup
- Caster sugar 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Cream 8 oz
- Chocolate syrup & Grated chocolate for garnish
Method:
- For base: Mix butter with cookie crumbs.
- Press down base and sides of pie plate and refrigerate till set.
- For filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Blend in peanut butter and vanilla essence.
- Fold in cream.
- Spoon mixture into pie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup with sprinkling of grated chocolate.
- Keep refrigerate.
Peanut Butter Pie is delightful dessert. It is non baked dish. You can try this with your own creativity.
