Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1-1/2 kg
- Stock 1 liter
- Eggs 2
- Cream of corn 1 small tin
- Sesame oil few drops
- White pepper powder 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Tender chicken, take it out and make small small pieces.
- Now separate 1 cup stock from 1 liter.
- Then put stock and cream of corn in pot and cook on low flame.
- When it boils, add chicken cube flour, sugar, white pepper and chicken pieces and stir it.
- When all ingredients are combined, put oil.
- Now beat eggs slightly.
- Then dissolve corn flour 1 cup stock, add in soup and stir it.
- Then remove pot from stove, put eggs after 2-3 minutes, stir it fast and keep pot again on stove.
- When eggs break into pieces, put sesame oil and serve hot.
