Chicken Delight

Ingredients:

• Chicken (12 pieces) 1 kg
• Vinegar 2 tbsp
• Ketchup 3 tbsp
• Chili sauce 2 tbsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
• Chopped capsicum 1
• Chopped onion 1
• Salt 1 tsp
• Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  

Method:

1. Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, vinegar, ketchup, chili sauce and soya sauce.
2. Now heat oil, add garlic and marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes.
3. Then put 1 cup water, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
4. Then add capsicum and onion, cook for 5 minutes and serve with dinner rolls.
