Pineapple Freeze

Ingredients:

• Chocolate chip cookies 15
• Cream cheese 200 gm
• Caster sugar 1/2 cup
• Pineapple juice 1 cup
• Chopped pineapple 1 cup
• Whipped cream 2 cups
• Pineapple (2 pieces) 2
• Gelatin 1 tbsp
  

Method:

1. Spread chocolate chip cookies in 9 inch spring pan and keep it aside.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in bowl, add dissolved gelatin in pineapple juice and mix it.
3. Then add chopped pineapple and whipped cream in this mixture.
4. Now put mixture in pan on cookies and leave it for set.
5. Then take out pan from freezer, decorate with pineapple and serve.
