Malaysian Spicy Shrimp Soup

Ingredients:
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Shrimps 250-300 gm
- Rice noodles 1 cup
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Ginger 1
- Lemon grass 2
- Fish sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili 4-5
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Chicken stock 2 cup
- Lemon 1
- Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put garlic, ginger, red chili and lemon grass in food processor and grind it.
- Heat oil in big pot, put grinded mixture and fry it.
- Then add fish sauce, turmeric, coconut milk, tamarind pulp and chicken stock, cook more for 10 minutes on low flame, add shrimps and cook until shrimps tender.
- Now add lemon juice and rice noodles, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
