Mushroom Rice

Ingredients:

  • Rice 2-1/2 cups
  • Mushrooms 1 tin
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped capsicum 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 bowl
  • Finely chopped garlic cloves 4

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak it.
  2. Then drain water, put water again, add salt, boil it and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in wok and fry garlic until golden.
  4. Then put mushrooms, capsicum and green chilies, fry it slightly and put rice.
  5. Then stir it fast and mix it nicely.
  6. Now put soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and black pepper, roast for 2 minutes and add sesame oil.
  7. Delicious mushroom rice is ready.
