Mushroom Rice

Ingredients:
- Rice 2-1/2 cups
- Mushrooms 1 tin
- Finely chopped green chilies 4
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped capsicum 2
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Oil 1 bowl
- Finely chopped garlic cloves 4
Method:
- Wash rice and soak it.
- Then drain water, put water again, add salt, boil it and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in wok and fry garlic until golden.
- Then put mushrooms, capsicum and green chilies, fry it slightly and put rice.
- Then stir it fast and mix it nicely.
- Now put soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and black pepper, roast for 2 minutes and add sesame oil.
- Delicious mushroom rice is ready.
