Potato Bhaji

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 250 gm
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Water 4 cups
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 inch
  • Chopped green chilies 3
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Put potatoes in pan, put red chili, salt, onion seeds, tomato and water and cook it.
  2. When boils comes, add all spice, ginger, green chilies and oil and cover it.
  3. When potatoes tender and gravy is thick, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Potato Bhaji is vegetable dish. It can be served as light meal. It is usually served in breakfast with halwa puri.
