Ingredients:
- Semolina 250 gm
- Ghee 3/4 cup
- Sugar 375 gm
- Water 3 cups
- Green cardamom 4
- Kewra 1 tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Almonds & Pistachios slice 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat ghee, fry green cardamom with semolina until light golden.
- Now remove from stove, add sugar and water and stir it until water dries.
- Then cover it and simmer it.
- Then put kewra and milk.
- Now put almonds and pistachios and serve.
Halwa is delicious sweet dish. It is common dish in Pakistan. It is served in parties and in breakfast with puri & cholay.
