Ingredients:
- Maida 2 cups
- Flour 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Melted ghee 2 tbsp
- Maida 1 tbsp
- Egg white half
Method:
- Mix maida, flour, salt and paste in bowl, make dough and leave for 1 hour.
- Now make small balls, brush with oil, make puri and deep fry it.
- Mix ghee, 1 tbsp maida and egg white and make smooth paste.
Puri is common dish. It is usually served in breakfast with halwa & cholay. It is deep fried in oil.
