Anday Aloo Ka Pulao

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Boiled eggs 6
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Potatoes 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Carrots 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Raisins 100 gm
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat butter, put black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, cumin, green chilies and 2 glass water and cook on low flame.
  2. When 1 cup stock remains, close stove.
  3. Then heat oil in other pot, fry potatoes, carrots and peas and add 1/2 cup water.
  4. When vegetables tender, put rice and 1/2 tsp salt and mix it.
  5. Then add eggs, raisins and stock and simmer it for 20 minutes.
  6. Anday aloo ka pulao is ready.
