Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1-1/2 cup
- Eggs 3-4
- Chopped capsicum 1
- Chopped carrot 1
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chicken cube 2
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, put carrot, capsicum, chicken cubes, soya sauce, black pepper, salt and eggs and mix it nicely.
- Then boiled rice and some water, cover it and simmer on low flame.
- When simmer is completed, take out in dish and serve.
Egg Fried Rice is amazing dish. Its origin is China. It is very easy recipe to make with few ingredients.
