Sabudana Halwa

Ingredients:

  • Sabudana 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped walnuts 1/2 bowl
  • Finely chopped almonds 15
  • Jaggery finely 1 cup
  • White cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh milk 1-1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Wash sabudana and soak for 3 hours.
  2. Now drain its water and blend in blender nicely.
  3. Heat oil in wok, fry walnuts and almonds, take it out and spread on tissue.
  4. Now put jaggery and 1 cup water in this wok and cook it.
  5. When jaggery melts, add sabudana and stir it fast fast.
  6. Then put milk and stir it.
  7. When it is roasted, grease thali and spread halwa.
  8. Decorated with almonds and walnuts.

Sabudana Halwa is amazing sweet dish. It is other variety of halwa. Try this sweet dish with guests comes home.
