Ingredients:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Chopped potatoes 2
- Peas 1/2 cup
- Carrot cubes 2
- Fenugreek 2 small bunch
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
- Chopped french beans 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped tomatoes 2
- Grinded green chili 1 tbsp
- Grinded coriander leaves 1-1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Whole green chilies 4
Method:
- Heat oil, put ginger garlic, grinded green chilies, grinded coriander leaves, fried onion, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and tomatoes and fry it.
- Now add potatoes, peas, carrots and fenugreek with 1 cup water.
- Then put yogurt and green chilies, cook for 5 minutes, add rice, cover it and cook until rice and vegetables tender.
Sabzi Pulao is healthy & tasty rice dish. Then combination of rice & vegetables are amazing. It is easy & simple recipe to make.
