Ingredients:

  • Boiled meat 1 kg
  • Carom 1 pinch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Coriander leaves few
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon 2

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put green chilies.
  2. When aroma comes, put meat and roast on high flame.
  3. Then add tomatoes, cumin, all spice, red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and salt, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. When oil comes up, put lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  5. Also put carom and serve.

Gosht Hari Mirch is little bit spicy dish. The flavors of green chilies is delicious. Make this meat dish for some change.
