Ingredients:
- Boiled meat 1 kg
- Carom 1 pinch
- Oil 1 cup
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves few
- Green chilies 8-10
- Cumin 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon 2
Method:
- Heat oil and put green chilies.
- When aroma comes, put meat and roast on high flame.
- Then add tomatoes, cumin, all spice, red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and salt, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
- When oil comes up, put lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- Also put carom and serve.
Gosht Hari Mirch is little bit spicy dish. The flavors of green chilies is delicious. Make this meat dish for some change.
