Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Green onion 1 cup
- Peas 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Butter 50 gm
Method:
- Heat butter in pan, put peas, green onion, green chilies, black pepper and salt and fry for 1 minute.
- Now put boiled rice, yellow color and coriander leaves and simmer it for 5 minutes.
Makhani Chawal is delicious dish. It is little bit different recipe. Ingredients are cooked n butter instead of oil. Try this recipe.
