Simple Carrot Cake

Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Sugar 1-1/2 cups
- Butter 50 gm
- Eggs 3
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Grated carrot 1 cup
Method:
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
- Then beat sugar and butter in big bowl nicely.
- Now put eggs, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla essence and salt and mix it.
- Then put flour and carrots and fold it.
- Now grease mold, put mixture and bake for 30 minutes on 180 degrees C.
Simple Carrot Cake is yummy & delightful dessert. It is other variety of cake. It is easy to prepare and you must try at home.
