Simple Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cups
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Eggs 3
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Grated carrot 1 cup

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  2. Then beat sugar and butter in big bowl nicely.
  3. Now put eggs, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla essence and salt and mix it.
  4. Then put flour and carrots and fold it.
  5. Now grease mold, put mixture and bake for 30 minutes on 180 degrees C.

Simple Carrot Cake is yummy & delightful dessert. It is other variety of cake. It is easy to prepare and you must try at home.
