Mustard Prawns With Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Boiled vegetables ( potato, peas, carrot) as required
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, mustard paste, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, worcestershire sauce and 2 tbsp oil in prawns and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Now put 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and saute boiled vegetables.
  3. Also add some salt and take it out.
  4. Then cook prawns in this pan for 3-4 minutes and serve with vegetables.

Mustard Prawns With Vegetables is amazing dish. Prawn are marinated with mustard sauce and served with boiled vegetables.
