Mustard Prawns With Vegetables

Ingredients:
- Prawns 1/2 kg
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Boiled vegetables ( potato, peas, carrot) as required
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Put garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, mustard paste, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, worcestershire sauce and 2 tbsp oil in prawns and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Now put 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and saute boiled vegetables.
- Also add some salt and take it out.
- Then cook prawns in this pan for 3-4 minutes and serve with vegetables.
