Burmese Chicken

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onion 2
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Chopped ginger 2 tsp
- Crushed garlic 2 tsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Tomato 1
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, put onion and saute it.
- Now put green chilies, ginger and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
- Now put chicken, tomato, turmeric, coriander powder, black pepper, all spice and salt and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Now add yogurt and coconut milk and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
- Then put coriander leaves and serve.
Burmese Chicken is wonderful dish. The addition of coconut milk is delicious. Try this recipe for some change.
