Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
- Spiral pasta 2 cups
- Chopped carrot 1
- Green onion 1
- Chopped capsicum 1
- Chopped cucumber 1
- Chopped tomato 1
- Green & black olives few
- Chopped onion 1
For Dressing:
- Lemon juice 2 lemons
- Olive oil 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put pasta in small pot and boil in salted water.
- Now put carrot, spring onion, capsicum, tomato, cucumber, olives and onion in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Now mix vegetables and cooled pasta.
- Now add olive oil, salt, red chili, garlic and lemon juice and mix it.
- Now sprinkle cheese, cool it for 1 hour and serve.
Pasta Salad is healthy dish. The addition of vegetables is wonderful. It is common pasta dish and easy to prepare.
