Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Chopped green chilies 3
- Ginger slice 1 tbsp
- Tomato cubes 1
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Ketchup 1/4 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- DP sauce 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil, put onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now put ginger slice and chicken cubes and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then put ginger garlic, red chili powder, black pepper, red chili, turmeric, all spice, ketchup and yogurt and fry it nicely.
- Then put all spice, DP sauce, butter, tomato cubes, green chilies and coriander leaves and serve with naan.
Murgh Akbari is tasty & delicious dish. It is little bit different recipe. DP sauce is added. It can be served with rice.
