Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Chopped green chilies 3
  • Ginger slice 1 tbsp
  • Tomato cubes 1
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Ketchup 1/4 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • DP sauce 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put onion and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Now put ginger slice and chicken cubes and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Then put ginger garlic, red chili powder, black pepper, red chili, turmeric, all spice, ketchup and yogurt and fry it nicely.
  4. Then put all spice, DP sauce, butter, tomato cubes, green chilies and coriander leaves and serve with naan.

Murgh Akbari is tasty & delicious dish. It is little bit different recipe. DP sauce is added. It can be served with rice.
