Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Brown onion 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Whole bottle gourd 1
- Bay leaves 2
- Cloves 4
- Green chilies 10
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Water 4 glass
Method:
- Put onion, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and turmeric in blender and blend it.
- Now heat oil, roast masalay with chicken, bay leaves, black pepper and cloves.
- Then put water and bottle gourd and cook on low flame.
- Then close stove, put coriander leaves and serve.
Chicken Karahi is delicious recipe. It is prepared with different technique. The addition of bottle gourd is amazing.
