Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Brown onion 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Whole bottle gourd 1
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cloves 4
  • Green chilies 10
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Water 4 glass

Method:

  1. Put onion, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and turmeric in blender and blend it.
  2. Now heat oil, roast masalay with chicken, bay leaves, black pepper and cloves.
  3. Then put water and bottle gourd and cook on low flame.
  4. Then close stove, put coriander leaves and serve.

Chicken Karahi is delicious recipe. It is prepared with different technique. The addition of bottle gourd is amazing.
