Thai Style Whole Baked Fish

Ingredients:

  • Whole fish 1
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Red curry paste 2 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 3 tbsp
  • Lemon leaves 5
  • Banana leaves 4-5
  • Spring onion 1-2
  • Red chilies slices 2-3

Method:

  1. Mix coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce and lemon leaves nicely in mixing bowl, marinate fish with this mixture for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Now set banana leaves on baking tray.
  3. Then keep marinated fish on it and put remaining masala on top.
  4. Close leaves and close with toothpick.
  5. Now bake it in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes or steam it.
  6. Then take out fish from baking tray and put in serving dish.
  7. Garnish with spring onion and red chilies slices and serve.

Thai Style Whole Baked Fish is wonderful seafood dish. It is marinated with red curry paste. It can be baked or steamed.
