Apple Cake

Ingredients:

• Flour 6 oz
• Corn flour 2 oz
• Butter 6 oz
• Caster sugar 6 oz
• Baking powder 2 tsp
• Eggs 3
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Grated apples 1-1/2 cup
• Melted butter 1 tbsp
• Chopped almonds 1/4 cup
• Sugar 2 tbsp
  

Method:

1. Sieve flour, corn flour and baking powder together.
2. Now beat butter until creamy.
3. Then add oz sugar gradually gradually and put eggs one by one.
4. Now beat it nicely and add in sieved flour mixture.
5. Then put lemon juice and apples.
6. Then put mixture in greased baking tray and brush with butter.
7. Now sprinkle almonds and 2 tbsp sugar and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 35 minutes.
