Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:
- Mushrooms 250 gm
- Oil or Butter 2 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Flour 1-1/2 tbsp
- Vegetable stock 2 cup
- Single cream 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper as required
Method:
- Put oil or butter in pan with onion and cook until onion is soft.
- Then add flour, cook for 2 minutes, add mushroom, salt and black pepper and stir it.
- Now add vegetable stock, cook for 15 minutes and wait for mushroom to be soft.
- Then blend it, add cream and serve hot.
