Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms 250 gm
  • Oil or Butter 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Flour 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Vegetable stock 2 cup
  • Single cream 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required

Method:

  1. Put oil or butter in pan with onion and cook until onion is soft.
  2. Then add flour, cook for 2 minutes, add mushroom, salt and black pepper and stir it.
  3. Now add vegetable stock, cook for 15 minutes and wait for mushroom to be soft.
  4. Then blend it, add cream and serve hot.
