Foil Mutton Chops

Ingredients:
- Chops 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies paste 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Boiled & cubed carrot 1
- Boiled & cubed potato 1
- Boiled peas 1/2 cup
- Whipped yogurt 1/2 cup
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chops with salt, black pepper, all spice, ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste and vinegar for 1 hour.
- Now keep chops in pressure cooker, add 1/2 cup water and boil until chops tender.
- Then mix salt, black pepper, all spice and chaat masala in yogurt.
- Now cut foil into 6x6 inch, keep 1 tsp yogurt, carrot, potato and peas with 1 chops, fold it and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Foil Mutton Chops is baked chops. It is marinated with green chilies paste & served with vegetables. It is commonly eaten on Eid-ul-Adha.
