Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped almonds 2 tbsp
  • Chopped cashew nuts 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 3 tbsp
  • Grated cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry garlic.
  2. Now add chicken boneless and fry little.
  3. Now put green chilies, salt, ginger and tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add all spice, cumin, salt, red chili powder and cardamom and roast for 5 minutes.
  5. Then put cream, butter, cheese, saffron, almonds and cashew nut, cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.

Murgh Reshmi is delicious dish. The combination of cheese & cream is wonderful. Try this variation of chicken.
