Filled Crepes

Ingredients:

  • Flour 1-1/2 cups
  • Beaten eggs 4
  • Sugar 2 oz
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla few drops
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Whipped cream 1/2 cup

For Filling:

  • Chocolate hazelnut spread as required

Method:

  1. Fold sugar and flour in beaten eggs.
  2. Now add milk, water and vanilla.
  3. Batter should be thick.
  4. Now sieve batter and make pancakes in hot oil.
  5. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread on pancakes, fold like pie and serve with whipped cream.

Filled Crepes is amazing pancake. It is French dish. It is prepared with flour & stuffed with chocolate hazelnut spread.
