Ingredients:
- Flour 1-1/2 cups
- Beaten eggs 4
- Sugar 2 oz
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Vanilla few drops
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Whipped cream 1/2 cup
For Filling:
- Chocolate hazelnut spread as required
Method:
- Fold sugar and flour in beaten eggs.
- Now add milk, water and vanilla.
- Batter should be thick.
- Now sieve batter and make pancakes in hot oil.
- Spread chocolate hazelnut spread on pancakes, fold like pie and serve with whipped cream.
Filled Crepes is amazing pancake. It is French dish. It is prepared with flour & stuffed with chocolate hazelnut spread.
