Fish In Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 1 kg
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Grinded tomatoes 1-1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Parsley 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped basil leaves 10
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Mushroom 1 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put black pepper and salt on fish and sprinkle corn flour.
  2. Now fry in oil and take it out.
  3. Then fry ginger garlic in remaining oil.
  4. When aroma comes, put tomatoes, red chili, salt and oregano and cook it little.
  5. When water of tomatoes dries, put stock and tomato sauce.
  6. When 1-2 boils comes, add mushroom and fish, close stove and put parsley.
  7. Fish in bolognese sauce is ready.
