Chicken Tikka Chili Fry

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Orange color 1/8 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Sauce:

  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp

For Garnish:

  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with red chili powder, cumin, ginger garlic paste, all spice, black pepper, orange color, Chinese salt, yogurt, lemon juice and salt for 1 hour.
  2. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in pot, put marinated chicken and cook until water dries.
  3. Then give chicken smoke of coal.
  4. For sauce: Heat oil and butter and fry onion and capsicum for 2 minutes.
  5. Then add ginger, green chilies, cumin, black pepper, Chinese salt, red chilies and lemon juice.
  6. Now put cooked chicken, add tomato and simmer it for 2 minutes.
  7. Then garnish with coriander leaves and chopped ginger and serve.

Chicken Tikka Chili Fry is wonderful & spicy dish. The flavors are delicious. You must try this recipe with your own technique.
