Chicken Tikka Chili Fry

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Orange color 1/8 tsp
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Sauce:
- Chopped capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
For Garnish:
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with red chili powder, cumin, ginger garlic paste, all spice, black pepper, orange color, Chinese salt, yogurt, lemon juice and salt for 1 hour.
- Now heat 2 tbsp oil in pot, put marinated chicken and cook until water dries.
- Then give chicken smoke of coal.
- For sauce: Heat oil and butter and fry onion and capsicum for 2 minutes.
- Then add ginger, green chilies, cumin, black pepper, Chinese salt, red chilies and lemon juice.
- Now put cooked chicken, add tomato and simmer it for 2 minutes.
- Then garnish with coriander leaves and chopped ginger and serve.
