Ingredients:
- Beef undercut 1/2 kg
- Boiled noodles 1 packet
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 4
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Oil as required
For Curry:
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Yogurt water 1/2 liter
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves 4
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion until brown.
- 'Now add undercut, ginger garlic, tomatoes, red chili, salt, turmeric and 4 cup water and cover it.
- When it tender, close stove and put lemon juice.
- For curry: Put yogurt, yogurt water, turmeric, salt and cream in blender and blend it.
- Now heat oil in other pan, put cumin and curry leaves, add blended yogurt and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- Now take out boiled noodles in dish and put curry.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
