Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Boiled noodles 1 packet
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Oil as required

For Curry:

  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt water 1/2 liter
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 4
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry onion until brown.
  2. 'Now add undercut, ginger garlic, tomatoes, red chili, salt, turmeric and 4 cup water and cover it.
  3. When it tender, close stove and put lemon juice.
  4. For curry: Put yogurt, yogurt water, turmeric, salt and cream in blender and blend it.
  5. Now heat oil in other pan, put cumin and curry leaves, add blended yogurt and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  6. Now take out boiled noodles in dish and put curry.
  7. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.

Desi Style Pasta is tasty dish. It is prepared with new technique. It is prepared with noodles & beef & served in curry.
