Crispy Chicken In Sriracha Sauce

Ingredients:
- Fish fillet 250 gm
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Egg white 1
- Water 1/2 cup
- Oil for deep fry
For Sauce:
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce 1/2 cup
- Sriracha sauce 3 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate fish with salt and black pepper.
- Now mix flour, corn flour, egg white and water and make smooth batter.
- Then coat fish with batter and deep fry in hot oil.
- For sauce: Heat oil and fry ginger and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Now put remaining ingredients, mix it, put sauce on fish and serve.
