Schezwan Soup

Ingredients:
- Mince 2 oz
- Chicken julienne 1/2 cup
- Prawns 10
- Mushroom slice 4
- Finely chopped capsicum 3 tbsp
- Stock 8 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped green onion 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Beaten egg 1
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
Method:
- Marinate mince, chicken and prawns with 1/2 tsp salt, white pepper and 1 tbsp soya sauce.
- Heat stock in pan.
- When it boils, add marinated mince, chicken, prawns, mushroom, capsicum, green onion, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp soya sauce, chili sauce and vinegar.
- Then put beaten egg.
- Thick soup with corn flour and serve hot.
Schezwan Soup is wonderful soup. The combination of chicken, prawns & mince is amazing. Try this new variety of soup in winter.
