Beef Chili Dry

Ingredients:
- Beef undercut 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 3-4
- Talhar chilies 1-2
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock 2 cups
- Corn flour 1 to 1-1/2 tbsp
- Green onion 1-2
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut undercut into slices.
- Now heat oil in pan, put garlic paste and undercut slices and roast on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Then cut green chilies into slices, add in meat and roast for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
- Now add soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, salt and black pepper and cook on high flame.
- When mixture dries, add stock and cook it.
- When boils comes, dissolve corn flour in water, add it and cook until gravy is thick.
- Then fry talhar chilies in oil, add it, mix it and take out in dish.
- Then garnish with green onion and serve.
Beef Chili Dry is delicious & little bit spicy main course. It is prepared with beef undercut. The flavor of talhar chilies is spicy. It is served with naan.
