Fried Fish With Tomto Curry

Ingredients:
- Surmai or Dother fish 1 kg
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Carom powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Rice flour 4 tbsp
- Oil for fry
For Sauce:
- Tomato paste 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped ginger 1
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 8
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Onion paste 1/2 cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Marinate fish with black pepper, ginger garlic, salt, oil, carom and rice flour for 30 minutes.
- Now fry in hot oil and take it out.
- For sauce: Heat oil and put curry leaves.
- When aroma comes, add onion paste and roast it nicely.
- Now put tomato paste, ginger, turmeric, red chili powder and salt and roast it nicely.
- Then put fish, green chilies, lemon juice and ginger and close stove.
